Why Lonestar Institute

Lonestar leadership workshops are not motivational talks or theoretical seminars.

Sessions are facilitated by a university instructor and head coach with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), over 10 years of teaching experience, leadership experience in high-performance and organizational environments, and national coaching certification.

This blend of educational leadership and applied facilitation allows Lonestar Institute to bridge theory and practice, delivering leadership learning that transfers directly into performance, communication, and culture.
