Lonestar Small Group Training

Vision Statement

At Lonestar, we envision a collective group experience that enhances the individual players capacity to lead with their strengths. Through consistent, high-level training and a deeply human-centered approach, we cultivate an environment where players can grow their weaknesses through the strength of others.

What We Offer

Our staff of educators recognize the importance of developing individual players through the collective group. We aim to inspire the next generation of humble and courageous leaders . People who are connected to something beyond themselves: A collective vision, the ball, their teammates, their opponents, and the game.

Curriculum Development

Our approach uses our Learn | Repeat | Apply framework built by our staff of professional educators, licensed coaches and former university level players. Every session, theme and coaching point is infused with leadership principles that help to improve the decision making of players.

Technical Development

Players first learn core techniques, then reinforce them through repetition of connecting the technique with other players and finally apply technique under pressure in game-like environments.

Leadership Development

Leadership training is woven into every aspect of the program. Players learn to lead through humility, service, and courage gaining confidence not just to perform but to elevate those around them.

Each month includes:

  • Learning a core technique.

  • Connecting individual technique to teammates through repetition.

  • Applying core technique in game-like situations to enhancing decision making.

Why This Matters

We believe success comes from athletes who own their growth, push through challenge, and lead with integrity. Our year-round model ensures each player leaves stronger as a teammate, competitor, and person.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Teams train in a professional environment that supports both athletic and personal development.

WHY IT WORKS

We give teams and coaches space to focus on their season while we focus on the foundational growth of the players — technically, mentally, and relationally.
