Camp Breakdown by Age Group
U9–U11 | Junior Camp
Focused on core skill development - dribbling, passing, finishing - while building early leadership habits through collaborative games and observation of older players. Athletes begin learning what it means to be part of a team and how their actions impact others.
U12–U14 | Youth Camp
Intermediate players deepen their technical proficiency while learning leadership through classroom sessions and the example of advanced players. Each day connects leadership concepts to on-field habits, helping players grow as both individuals and teammates.
U15–U17 | Advanced Camp
Older athletes are challenged to lead from the front. Leadership is built through a combination of classroom workshops and physical development. On Day 3, advanced players lead and mentor younger groups, reinforcing their leadership through action.
WHY IT WORKS
This program is grounded in the belief that growth is cultivated through intentional environments. When athletes are placed in spaces designed by experienced educators and supported by a proven framework, they don’t just develop technical skills they build self-awareness, resilience, and a commitment to something bigger than themselves.
Each camp experience is built on:
The expertise of our educators and coaches
The Lonestar LRA Framework
A curriculum designed to meet the developmental, mental, and emotional needs of the group
Expert Coaching Support
Our sessions are led by licensed coaches, former university players, and supported by current collegiate athletes. Each educator is committed to developing people first, players second.
Technical Excellence
With our LEARN | REPEAT | APPLY framework, players sharpen dribbling, passing, finishing, and game intelligence through intentional, competitive, and meaningful sessions.
WHAT SETS US APART
Identity & Community
We build environments where athletes feel belonging. Players develop self-awareness and build meaningful connections through shared goals, teamwork, and accountability to the group.
Character Development
Using guided reflection and collaboration, athletes grow in resilience, empathy, and responsibility — learning how to overcome challenges and strengthen those around them.
Leadership Development
Leadership isn’t a position — it’s a practice. Daily workshops, training and overall curriculum focused on decision-making, trust, empathy, and integrity, equipping athletes to lead with confidence and serve with purpose.
